Old school having problem with new digital systems

tried to order new quarterly Sunday school books but could not get through YOUR telephone system Was placed on hold 3 different times.I was never able to place a $400+order. tried to order on line but could not figure your NEW ordering system. I even tried using my Churches account number.. Unless you want to loose our$1600.00 a year account you need to help me resolve MY issue. please keep in mind that we/I am not that computer literate. One way you might resolve our problem is to send me a copy of our last order at my e-mail "georgenga2226@g-mail.com",and I will just change the amount and send it back to you and you can still send the bill to our same address. thank you ,George Egas, Sunday school director for Rock Springs Baptist Church in Dublin Ga.

Very disappointed I was not able to use my rewards card

First I want to say the comment in the opening was very offensive. No Christian with clean vocabulary would say P..... - off. Please replace. But mainly I want to say how disappointed I was I could not use my reward's card. I had been saving it for a day I wanted to get a large order. I choose several higher priced items that normally I would avoid. When the clerk told me I could not use the card I returned the items to the shelf.. I find it abominable you did not keep your word and uphold your word to a promise made. How can I trust you as an online store when you refuse to honor your promises? My lack of trust in you will cause me to look carefully at alternatives. I hope I can find someone who stays with their Christian base and does not use questionable language. I object strongly to your forcing me to agree to Terms of service. Sincerely, Susan Reid.
